All paint and refinishing at Jersey Cape is done in-house in a fully controlled indoor environment — proper temperature, humidity, and airflow for clean laydowns and correct cure times. Every job starts with thorough surface prep: fairing, block sanding, and substrate correction before any primer or topcoat goes on. We work with quality marine coating systems applied at correct film thickness and flash times.
